Meet the Founder
Mark received his Human Kinetics Degree from the University of British Columbia majoring in Health and Fitness. He is an active member of the B.C.A.K. and the B.C.R.P.A. while working with the general population who need services in the following field: active rehab, core strength, weight loss, and muscle gain. On the side, he enjoys giving back and joins charity events. In his free time, he enjoys going to the Grouse Grind, Yoga, and Jujutsu.
We believe that everyone should start by improving their core strength to get positive and sustainable results. From there, we take you on a journey that is specific to your fitness, health and lifestyle goals and aspirations. We want to help you get back in no time at all to what you’re passionate about doing for leisure and recreation and will ultimately translate into an improvement in holistic health.
